Matthew Courtois来自美国，拥有心理学和TESOL学士及硕士学历。在对外英语教学培训和管理方面已有十多年的工作经验，曾任职于51Talk，圣三一和英孚教育。曾在玻利维亚、韩国、尼泊尔、俄罗斯和中国工作。仅仅在中国的教学及培训经验已经十年，对中国孩子的语言文化学习习惯颇有研究，对英国英文教师的培训也经验丰富。

Matt已经在深圳开办了第1个获得认证的TESOL认证课程，并担任课程主任。培训指导的教师也多达几千人。是非常难得的英语教学专家。

Matthew Courtois is from the USA, where he earned his bachelor degree in psychology and a master degree in TESOL. Matthew has over ten years’ experience in ESL training and management,having worked in Bolivia, South Korea, Nepal, Russia, and now China.Since coming here, He has worked in 51Talk, Trinity and EF.Matthew launched the first and only accredited TESOL certification course in Shenzhen and served on it as Course Director.He has focused on overseeing personalized training paths for over 2,000 teachers.
